After booking you'll receive a confirmation. Simply show up on your scheduled date and time.

When you arrive, park in a designated parking spot and call or text the pickup number provided in your appointment confirmation to let us know you're here.

We'll bring your items directly to your vehicle — no need to come inside. Fast, easy, and convenient!

When registering to bid, select your preferred delivery method and choose Shipping — not pickup.

Once the auction ends, you'll receive a settlement and your first invoice for the items you won.

Once your first invoice is paid, your items are passed to our shipping department to be weighed, sized, and packed.

A second invoice will be sent for the shipping label cost based on the size and weight of your package.

Once the shipping invoice is paid, your items are on their way!
